What is a Property Manager?
A property manager takes over all duties necessary to run a short-term rental. With a property manager, you will not have to worry about scheduling or welcoming guests, cleaning the home before and after or answering any questions or issues: Airkey will take care of all that for you. At the end of the month, you will receive a check from each rental, minus the commission.

As your property managers, we will treat your short-term rental like our own. We will manage your calendar, all bookings and guest communications. We will make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned after each stay and will monitor and resolve any damage. We will inspect it between stays to replenish supplies and for general maintenance, we will take care of your trash service and always assure the property is running smoothly. Our signature package will differentiate your property from others and assure the best first impression and experience for your guests. If you wish to use your property during a period of time, we will work with you to block the calendar from any bookings.
